To harness the vast youth power and increase employment opportunities, IJSDC is incorporated as a non-profit society catalysed by many government agencies and private sector partnerships to promote skill development in the private sector. IJSDC combines public and private partnership for imparting the required skills to bridge the gap between skills required by the industry and those being imparted by the academic institutions. IJSDC is set-up for skill development and providing inter-sectoral coordination on this critical challenge of human resource development, by involving experts and representatives from the category of job providers to plan and implement the Mission. It also supports JAFS for legal compliances, linking to various organisations and Self Help Groups for resource optimization.



With a view to develop this training project for enrichment and empowerment of youth in India, we shall create a village to cater all the needs of structured training and research work. This village called as I-Village is a registered trade mark for the training school specifically meant for our objectives. It will be situated in the city of Bangalore at BAGALOOR VILLAGE in north region of the city. Total area comprises of 4 acres of open land to be converted into a beautiful technically advanced village in indo-Japan culture.


It has a fully fledged training school, practical experiment auditorium, staff mess and accommodation rooms, Animal sheds, Agricultural farm for research, water conservation plant with recycling mechanism, provision for poultry and other breeding, highly advanced class rooms, practical workshops etc.


This area will be well equipped with underground water facility, solar plant for electricity, latest machinery for training etc. The training facility can accommodate more han 300 students per sessions and around 4 sessions of training during a year.


  • Help to train local people in different sectors and improve the quality of life by integrating learning, earning and living process together.
  • Create and support infrastructure both physical and human for facilitating a pool of resource persons for skill development and employment.
  • Priority shall be accorded to imparting skill development training and upgrading skills of Self Help Groups, and more importantly, in emerging trades and vocations.
  • To bring in specialists from Technical Education, Industrial Training and Finance Departments to bring efficiency to the training programme.
  • Creating manpower of international class with required specific knowledge in sectors like technical, agricultural, eco environment projects, etc.
  • To evaluate skills of trainees and arrange for upgrading the skills and providing certifications from recognized institutions.
  • Providing great opportunity for students and trainees to experience the life, culture, traditions, and education system of the Japanese people.
  • Training in eco-friendly procedures including recycling, re-using and generating power and gas using the organic and in-organic waste.

  • Development of need based curriculum, dissemination of graded learning materials for illiterates & neo-illiterates.
  • Development of Community Learning and Development Approach and setting up Community Learning Centers in Different villages to combine learning with development.
  • Mobilization of people's co-operation and local resources, project planning and implementation.
  • Preparation of technical resource materials like local curriculum, learning materials and training for instructors and supervisors.
