After a long time of use, oil, smoke and other substances gather in the smoke hood and smoke exhaust pipe, which is easy to cause potential fire hazards. 1、 Cleaning method of smoke exhaust hood and front end oil fume purifier
The smoke exhaust hood of the fume evolution device and the front-end fume purifier are generally set as one.
Components: the smoke hood includes cover body, cover and explosion-proof lamp. The front-end purifier includes UV lamp, Sichuan railway oil network, water transportation smoke hood, etc.
Cleaning method: the explosion-proof lamp and UV lamp can often be cleaned with a wet rag. The front-end purification parts including water baffle, water transport fan, oil screen, filter screen and so on, like the smoke exhaust hood panel, need to shovel the oil dirt on the surface first, and then soak it in caustic soda water. After the oil mud is completely soaked, wash it with a high-pressure water gun (clean water). According to experience, about 80% of the kitchen smoke exhaust is not smooth, mainly due to the unclean and blocked built-in filter screen of oil fume purifier. 2、 Cleaning method of smoke exhaust pipe

Components: including main pipe, fire damper, check valve, regulating valve, silencing pipe, soft connection, elbow, tee, etc.
Cleaning method: the cleaning of oil fume pipe is the connection between the smoke outlet and the smoke hood, and the interior of the oil fume pipe parallel to the smoke hood. These places need to be cleaned. Clean the turning position of the pipeline, such as elbow and tee, and open the opening above the elbow if necessary. The external oil fume pipe shall be cleaned every other quarter, but only the pipe elbow needs to be cleaned every quarter.
3、 Cleaning method of smoke exhaust fan / air cabinet
Components: the fan includes motor and other components. The fan cabinet is to put the fan in the cabinet, including the fan and cabinet body.
Cleaning method: when cleaning, first disassemble the motor or the fan blade of the motor, then shovel the oil on the fan blade of the fan and the oil residue in the fan with a shovel, then clean it with degreasing agent, and then rinse it with clean water.
The inside and outside of the fan shall be cleaned to prevent corrosion.
4、 Cleaning method of rear end oil fume purifier

Cleaning: carry out corresponding cleaning work according to the type of oil fume treatment device, such as changing filter material, cleaning electrostatic treatment device, etc. Note: when cleaning the smoke exhaust equipment in the hotel kitchen, the charged equipment shall be turned off in advance.
In order to prolong the service life of the smoke exhaust equipment, it is also necessary to do some daily maintenance regularly: such as cleaning the surface stains of the fan, water transport fan and water distribution fan, keeping the pipeline unobstructed, ensuring the clean water quality in the water transport tank, avoiding the lack of oil in the control tank, etc.
